Shipping + Returns
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shop Bailey Bee cannot be held responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or unreachable address. Any packages returned to sender must have postage paid in order to be reshipped. Shop Bailey Bee also cannot be held responsible for any delayed transit times once an order leaves our possession into the hands of the USPS. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
Please note that during the summer I follow a shortened shipping schedule to avoid packages sitting in potentially warm warehouses or distribution centers over the weekend. This means orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from June through September. The rest of the year follows my standard shipping schedule of orders going out Mondays through Fridays. Processing time is typically one day (not including weekends or days I am not shipping over the summer months).
International orders will be shipped via the least expensive method in order to save you of exorbitant costs. International buyers are financially responsible for all customs fees and expenses, should any arise. Orders traveling outside of the US can take upwards of 30 days to arrive. Please follow tracking information for the most current information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns on scented goods are not allowed at this time. Because of the nature of my products, a scent sampler is available that is intended to prepare you for your purchase and ensure you will be happy with a chosen scent. In the event that an item arrives damaged or broken, please reach out at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. I am happy to work with you to resolve any issue that was outside of your control.
Any packages sent back to Shop Bailey Bee, without direct contact from me stating to return the item(s), will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender.
For non-scented returns, please reach out to coordinate a return. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you and the label's cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
A NOTE ON VARIATIONS
All products are made by hand and while quality control is of the utmost priority, variations are to be expected and are often welcomed. Tessa tortoise and Charlotte dalmatian vessels are handblown and may reflect an organic shape or markings. Coconut wax is soft and beautiful, but susceptible to slight melting during transit. This does not affect the candle's performance and will solidify at room temperature after a short time. No acceptable variation will affect the integrity of a sold product and all products are inspected closely before shipment.
